All sales at Dear Dolores are final. Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted. Exceptions: If an item arrives with damage that was not disclosed in the original listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
